About shibaSIM

shibaSIM is a small team based in Japan. We started by helping Vietnamese travellers get online the moment they landed, and we now sell travel eSIMs for 40+ destinations plus monthly SIM plans for foreigners living in Japan.

We keep the catalogue narrow on purpose: Japan, Korea, Taiwan and the destinations our customers actually fly to. Fewer plans, tested properly.

Every plan page shows real measured speeds, the exact price you pay, and what happens after the daily high-speed allowance. If something we sold you does not work, we refund it.

Support is by real people, 8:00–22:00 JST, in English: WhatsApp +81 80 6518 3974 or [email protected].
