Check compatibility before you travel

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Most recent iPhone, Pixel, Galaxy and other flagship models do, but regional variants can differ.

Before installation

Keep a stable Wi-Fi connection and save the QR code until installation is complete. Do not remove an eSIM that is still needed.

When you arrive

Set the travel eSIM as the mobile-data line and enable data roaming for that line if the plan instructions require it.
