Payment and delivery policy

1. Payment methods

You can pay online at checkout. International customers pay securely by card in USD (processed by Stripe); customers in Vietnam can also pay by VietQR bank transfer. Card details are entered only on the secure payment form — never send card details through chat or email.

2. Product delivery

• eSIM (digital product): after payment is confirmed, shibaSIM provides a QR code through the agreed support channel within 30 minutes during support hours of 08:00–22:00 Japan time. Outside those hours, it is provided no later than 09:00 the following morning.
• Physical SIM: sent by post to the address you provide; delivery time varies by area.

3. Order confirmation

After payment is confirmed, the order-status page shows verified processing status. If you have not received the code after 30 minutes during support hours, contact the support channel in the site footer.

4. Support

Our Vietnamese team provides one-to-one support through Zalo or LINE until your device shows a signal. Contact details are in the site footer.
